The forecast
- Forecast: the weather for the place you pick, in one sentence, with the day, the week, wind, pressure, rain and light underneath.
How each lens decides
The forecast can be read six ways. Five of the lenses have a page that states the rule and says what it cannot know. Everyday is covered under Methodology.
- Run & Ride: the best hour for a run or a ride, and what to wear for it.
- Commute: rain and ice at both ends of the working day.
- Hunt & Fish: pressure, light and plain storm warnings.
- Home & Yard: freezes, mowing windows and when to skip the sprinklers.
- Build & Finish: which day suits a stain or a finish, and when to hold off.
About this site
- About: what this is, who makes it, what it costs and what it will not do.
- Methodology: how the sentence is made, where the data comes from and where it can be wrong.
- For agents: the free weather service for AI assistants, and how to connect one.
- Privacy: what is kept about a visitor, which is almost nothing.
- Terms: the plain rules for using the site, or an assistant that asks on your behalf.
